Marcos is a licensed real estate agent and property manager. Originally from Cuba, he immigrated to Orlando in 2012. He is fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows him to effectively serve diverse clients in Central Florida’s competitive market. With over a decade of experience in customer service and a solid professional background in personal and commercial insurance, Marcos brings a uniquely informed approach to property management and real estate. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree, he applies his industry knowledge, critical thinking skills, and service-driven mindset to help clients navigate Florida’s dynamic real estate landscape with confidence. Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

Melanie is the office assistant of West Orlando PM Realty. Originally from Taiwan, she immigrated to Orlando in 2004. Melanie is fluent in both Chinese and English, so she can assist potential Chinese investors with any translation needs. As the office assistant, she responds to emails, schedules appointments, manages accounting software, invoices and work orders .

Michael Mileham

Michael is a licensed real estate agent and property manager. Grew up in England but has been a permanent Florida resident since 2006. A Commercial Pilot by trade brings the professional practices of the aviation world to the real estate market. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.

With a rich blend of diverse experiences and a deep understanding of international business, Nelson is making a strong impact in the Florida real estate market. Based in Orlando and deeply connected to their Ecuadorian heritage, they bring over two decades of business management expertise—both locally and internationally.

Nelson’s journey began at the age of 16, successfully managing their family’s small business. This entrepreneurial foundation evolved into leadership roles, including serving as CEO of Circulo Tours, where they gained invaluable insights into tourism and investment opportunities. Their undergraduate education at Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) provided a strong academic base, while fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese enables seamless connections with a diverse clientele.

Now, as a licensed real estate professional and property manager, Nelson is focused on helping clients maximize their investment properties in Florida.
